As always the service I receive from Europa Prestige is first class and one which I would expect from a Mercedes authorised service centre. I receive an excellent personal service and my vehicle is always made available for collection promptly and in a fully cleaned condition. When any repairs have been carried out they have been to my total satisfaction at a reasonable cost and arranged to suit my timeframe. I have no hesitation in recommending Europa to friends, family and colleagues at work. The local service that I receive encourages me to remain loyal to Mercedes.
